Who we are

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Booking details you submit through the “Book your free intro call” form: name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number and message.
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics, but only after you accept cookies: pages visited, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

• Booking form — to respond to your request for an intro call and provide the service you asked about. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting.
• Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given (or withheld) via the cookie banner. Declining or ignoring the banner means no analytics cookies are set.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors, each of which only receives the minimum data needed to provide their service:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SA) — stores your booking details and sends the confirmation email. Brevo is based in the EU and acts as our data processor.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — processes anonymised usage data if you accept analytics cookies. Data may be processed in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website.
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to our @fromtensiontoplay.com addresses to our inbox; it does not store message content.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep your records for the duration of our working relationship plus 10 years afterward, in line with Portuguese commercial and tax record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Cookies

This site uses only one category of cookie:

• Analytics (Google Analytics — _ga, _ga_*) — optional, only set if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Used to measure site traffic. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or otherwise protected by GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
