A little about me / 01
I had depression.
Then I went to play.
I did the strangest thing: I went to a room full of strangers… and played like a child.
Come into the story
The beginning / 02
A room full
of strangers.
It was a theatre improv class. I pushed myself to go.
Before that class, I lived in my head. I felt far from myself. I was stuck in my thoughts, with a lot of tension inside. I tried to think my way out. It didn’t work.
Then, in that room, something changed.
And then, something shifted
We moved. We used our voice. We made mistakes and laughed.
For the first time in a long time, I was really here.
In my body. In the moment.
What I discovered
Play is not only for children.
Play was my way back to myself.
A question stayed with me / 03
Was it only me?
I don’t think so.
I believe we all carry emotions, tension and stories that we learned to hide.
Maybe you do too.
You think too much.
Your body is tight.
From the outside, you look fine. But inside, something wants to come out.
So I decided to learn how to share this.
I did intensive improv training, personal development retreats, family constellations, and UPW with Tony Robbins.
Then I tried it with my friends. I saw it again: they became lighter, more open, more connected to themselves. Many of them became my first clients.
That is how From Tension to Play was born.

Here, together / 04
There is nothing
to prove.
Today, I guide people with improv, movement, voice and imagination. You don’t need to be an actor. You don’t need to be perfect.
The exercises are simple, fun and deep. They invite you to step out of overthinking, feel your body again, and express what is inside you.
There is no audience.
I am not watching you. I am with you.
In their words / 05
What people take
with them.

“I left feeling lighter, happier, and more present.”
— Ziad G. N.
