Stay present as plans change.
Practise staying present when plans change or challenges arise. Through movement and improvisation, notice automatic reactions and explore a different response.
Team building under pressure · with Charbel
Pressure is part of working life. The way a team responds can change.
A private workshop of guided improvisation, movement and storytelling, in a two-hour or four-hour format. Explore what happens under pressure—and practise new ways of responding together.

When pressure changes the way you work
A practical space to try a different response.
When a team is under pressure, people can fall into automatic reactions.
Communication tightens.
Mistakes start to feel risky.
It becomes harder to adapt.

From Tension to Play gives teams a practical space to explore what happens in those moments—and try new ways of responding together. Participants learn by doing, reflecting and trying again.
Active, welcoming and designed for real people. No performance experience needed. Learn by doing. Reflect. Try again.
What your team will practise
Practise staying present when plans change or challenges arise. Through movement and improvisation, notice automatic reactions and explore a different response.
Practise communicating and listening more openly. Respond to a partner, make room for different perspectives, and build trust, connection and confidence across the team.
Explore adapting, thinking creatively and making decisions under pressure. Treat mistakes as useful information and opportunities to learn, then try again together.
A practical thread through the workshop
Charbel’s Three S method connects the exercises to the way your team responds: State, Story, Strategy. Notice what is happening, question your assumptions and experiment with a new response.
How am I responding?
Notice your energy, attention and automatic reactions when a challenge arises.
What am I assuming?
Explore the assumptions that shape how you communicate, interpret mistakes and respond to change.
What else could I try?
Try a new response through improvisation, movement and storytelling. Reflect on what changes when you act together.

Before we play
Choose two hours or a four-hour half-day: a practical space to explore how your team responds under pressure. Through improvisation, movement and storytelling, participants practise presence, communication, adaptability and learning from mistakes. They leave with fresh perspectives and practical experiences they can bring back to their work.
